Big News for 2023!

In the previous article we summed up the great season we had in 2022 but now we already look forward and think about the new year that is just around the corner.

Yes, we have a great news to share with you and we can’t wait longer!!!

Are you ready to do the Pesto Experience twice per day?

You read correctly, in 2023 we’ll launch 2 PESTO experiences PER DAY. In 2022 season we received so many requests that we tried to satisfy all of you increasing the maximum number of participants…some days we had more then 100 people doing pesto at the same time! It was great but we are always focused on the QUALITY so we decided to add one more session of pesto experience per day in order to welcome more of you keeping small classes. I can follow you better step by step in the pesto preparation and I also have the opportunity to know you better ☺

I love to share with you my story but I’m also glad to listen yours!

The availability of the Pesto Experience and the Wine Experience will be opened at the beginning of 2023. You will have the opportunity to choose 2 starting times of the Pesto Experience: the classic one at 10.30am and the new one at 1.30pm. The terrace bar will be reserved, as usual, only to the participants of the pesto experience and at the end of lesson lunch is served (included) at one of our sea-view tables. What more can you ask for?

Then around 4pm the terrace bar will open to everyone until 10pm. The guests will can choose among 3 types of menu. No tables booking, as always, but you can download the NESSUN DORMA APP to take the ticket for the online queue. Why we did this big change? Because we realised that the number of people that want to visit us is increasing year after year and we want to welcome all of you without loosing our quality and identity. No hit and run people but only guests who want to spend GOOD TIME with us and come back again ☺ Nessun Dorma is a big FAMILY!

The WINE experience remains the same as last year. Small groups of wine lovers willing to discover the vineyards and the wine of Cinque Terre. From 5pm to 7.30pm with the opportunity to have an extra drink at the terrace bar at the end of the wine tasting!

Your opinion counts for us!

Let us know what you think about these big news!

What stands out most is the community-driven tone behind the changes—the idea of welcoming more people while preserving a “family-like” atmosphere. That balance between expansion and identity is often difficult to maintain, especially in experiences that rely heavily on personal interaction. Translating that sense of atmosphere into other media formats can help extend its reach while preserving its essence. That’s where tools like Nano maker AI become relevant, as they allow experiences and stories like this to be visually reinterpreted and shared in new creative forms.

This announcement also highlights how modern hospitality increasingly relies on flexible systems—apps, time slots, and managed queues—to handle rising demand without overwhelming the experience itself. It’s interesting how digital tools are becoming essential to preserving physical, real-world experiences. In a creative sense, similar systems are being used in music and content creation, where structured tools help manage output while maintaining quality. A good example is AI song generator, which allows users to generate and refine musical ideas efficiently while still keeping creative control.

The idea of turning a local culinary tradition into a repeatable, daily experience while still keeping it personal is quite interesting. It shows how cultural practices can be shared more widely without necessarily losing authenticity, as long as the experience is carefully designed. The addition of structured scheduling and controlled group sizes feels like a way to preserve the “human scale” of the activity even as demand grows. That sense of coordination and teamwork echoes in basketball bros, where success depends on synchronizing actions within a small, interconnected group.

The emphasis on maintaining quality while expanding access is one of the strongest points in this announcement. Many experiences lose their identity when they scale too quickly, so the decision to introduce structured time slots while preserving intimacy is a smart operational move. It also reflects how systems must define roles, pacing, and structure to handle participation fairly at scale. That kind of structured coordination is also central in baseball bros, where gameplay depends on clear turn-based dynamics and strategic timing within a shared environment.

This update communicates a clear and thoughtful balance between growth and quality. Increasing demand is always a challenge in experience-based businesses, and keeping small group interaction while scaling sessions twice per day is a sensible way to protect the personal feel of the activity. The focus on connection between host and guests is especially important in food experiences like this, where storytelling is part of the value. That sense of timing, repetition, and flow reminds me of how structured rhythm-based systems work in speed stars game, where consistency and pacing are key to maintaining performance across sessions.
