The local white wine made by Cantina 5Terre for Nessun Dorma. Hand made harvest. 60% Bosco grapes, 40% Albarola and Vermentino. Intense straw yellow colour with a strong and persistent aromas of wild flowers, broom, honey and lighter notes of citrus fruits. Dry and warm in the palate, with fresh and savoury notes. Perfect with trofie with pesto or fish dishes. Alcohol: 13 % vol
12. A SCIA' - LIGURIA DI LEVANTE IGT - NESSUN DORMA EDITION
A special wine produced in only 1000 bottles by Azienda Agricola A Scià for Nessun Dorma! Merlot and Syrah grapes, barrique only.
Deep ruby-red coloured, intense aroma of ripe cherry, small red fruits and green pepper. Medium body with a dry aftertaste. Well balanced. Perfect to pair with cold cuts, medium cheese and focaccia. Alcohol: 14 % vol
13. SCIACCHETRA' CINQUE TERRE DOC - NESSUN DORMA EDITION
The unique passito wine from Cinque Terre produced for Nessun Dorma by Cantina 5Terre. Obtained from grapes of Bosco (90%), Albarola and Vermentino dried for 2 months on the ceilings and then destemmed by hand and pressed. A precious wine to drink only for very special occasion! Good to know: you can store this wine for more than 20 years, it's quality will only improve. Alcohol: 14 % vol
