1. TROFIE - TRADITIONAL PASTA (500gr)

Trofie are the traditional pasta of Liguria region. Only tiepid water and durum wheat flour. The perfect pairing is with pesto sauce. We suggest to cook trofie in salty boiling water for 20 minutes.

 

2. GREEN PASTA - "FOGLIE D'ULIVO" (500gr)

Organic durum wheat semolina pasta with spinach. Olive trees form the backdrop and colour pallette of the Ligurian coastline. These pretty spinach ‘Olive leaves’ are ideal with a light marjoram and pinenut sauce, bringing all the scents of the Riviera to your table.

 

3. SIGNORINE - PASTA WITH CHESTNUT FLOUR (500 gr)

Organic durum wheat semolina pasta with chestnut flour. For Centuries, chestnut flour has been the main crop and winter staple of the mountain dwellers in Liguria. Warming, hearty dishes made with this smoky, sweet pasta are delicious with game, wild mushroom or piquant cheese sauces.

 

4. PESTO (100gr)

The most traditional Ligurian sauce prepared only with selected ingredients: fresh basil leaves, evo oil, pecorino cheese, pine-nuts, garlic and salt. Contains no dyes, or preservatives. This sauce is ready to marry most dish of the Ligurian tradition as: trofie, trenette, croxetti or to add more flavor to a vegetable soup.

 

5. RED PESTO (180gr)

The red version of the most famous "green" pesto, made with sun-dried tomatoes, evo olive oil, parmesan cheese, almonds, garlic, salt and black pepper. How to use it? To season your pasta dish or to make fanciful bruschette.

 

6. WALNUT SAUCE  (80gr)

The other great sauce from Liguria, perfect to season the "pansoti", a stuffed pasta with vegetables or trofie.  Simple and tasty ingredients: walnuts, parmesan cheese, bread, evo olive oil, milk, garlic, salt. 

 

7. TAGGIASCHE OLIVES IN BRINE (180gr)

The olives trees together the vineyards are the more rappresentative elements of the agriculture landscape of Cinque Terre and Liguria. The olives are used to produce the evo olive oil or they are preserved in brine to be tasted at the moment of the “aperitivo” or to be added at several cook recipes. They are preserved in brine: a combination of water and salt plus aromatic herbs.

 

8. EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL (250ml)

The basic ingredient for all the local dishes. This evo olive oil will add flavour and fragancy to all your recipes.

 

9. JAM (100gr)

Fresh jam made using only the fresh local fruits.

Simple ingredients fruits and sugar to kick off the day!

 

10. COOKIES

Perfect to deep in your hot cup of coffee in the morning or as a tasty snack in the afternoon. For a great dinner finish: try to pair the biscuits with a glass of the precious Sciacchetrà. 

 

11. CINQUE TERRE DOC WINE - NESSUN DORMA EDITION

The local white wine made by Cantina 5Terre for Nessun Dorma. Hand made harvest. 60% Bosco grapes, 40% Albarola and Vermentino. Intense straw yellow colour with a strong and persistent aromas of wild flowers, broom, honey and lighter notes of citrus fruits. Dry and warm in the palate, with fresh and savoury notes. Perfect with trofie with pesto or fish dishes. Alcohol: 13 % vol

 

12. RED WINE - LIGURIA DI LEVANTE IGT 

Deep ruby red with a nice flavours of small red fruits, fresh flowers and a hint of minerality. Great to pair with cold cuts, medium aged cheese or trofie with walnut sauce. Alcohol: 13.5 % vol
