The Cinque Terre Doc - Costa de Campu is produced with high quality grapes from

the sub-zone Costa de Campu, a particularly well-suited area for wine-growing. 


Maceration on the skin of about 18 hours before the fermentation in white. Aging on the lees for 5 months in steel before the bottling. 


This wine is produced by Cantina 5 Terre for Nessun Dorma 


CLASSIFICATION: Cinque Terre DOC - Costa de Campu 

GRAPES: Bosco 70%, Albarola 15%, Vermentino 15%

COLOUR & BOUQUET: straw yellow colour with light golden reflections, bright and

of a good consistency. It has delicate and persistent aromas of good finesse with

clear scents of aromatic herbs (as sage), mediterranean scrub aromas and a soft scent of citrus and wild flowers. 

TASTE: in the palate it's rich, full and smooth. The great freshness and sapidity

suggest an excellent capacity for evolution. 

FOOD PAIRINGS: great with the fish recipes of the Ligurian tradition

or pasta.

ALCOHOL: 13 % vol. - NOT contain sorbates.
