Tommasi is a family viticultural company founded in 1902. It is situated the heart of Valpolicella Classico region, a small piece of land in the North – West part of Verona.
7 days fermentation in stainless steel tanks, 4 months maturation in stainless steel tanks and then 2 months ageing in Slavonian oak barrels.
CLASSIFICATION: Valpolicella DOC
GRAPES: Corvina Veronese 60%, Rondinella 30%, Molinara 10%.
COLOUR & BOUQUET: bright ruby red, very fresh and fruity at nose, with lots of cherry notes.
TASTE: the taste is fairly intense with sweet cherry flavours.
FOOD PAIRINGS: Pasta, pizza, vegetables, white and red meats, fresh cheeses.
ALCOHOL: 12% vol.
