White wine from Monterosso, produced by a local family. The vineyards are located in this area called "Vetua": two small vineyards overlooking the sea of just over half a hectare that are found along the blue path that connects Monterosso and Vernazza.
VINIFICATION: Vinification in red in steel without the use of cold with short maceration for about 72 hours on the skin. Follows aging for about 6 months on the lees

GRAPES: Bosco (50%), Albarola (20%), Vermentino (10%) + the historic native grapes Piccabùn, Frappelà, Brujapagià (20%)
COLOUR & BOUQUET: intense golden yellow color with crystal reflections, intense minerality on the nose with hints of aromatic herbs, spices, hay, and citrus fruits
TASTE: the palate fresh with marked flavor
FOOD PAIRINGS: perfect with shellfish and white meat
