Sassarini winery is located in Monterosso. The winery was founded in 1968 and it was one of the first wineries in Cinque Terre. This wine is the first wine produced by this winery.
Vinification: the grapes are vinificated in steel in contact with the skins for a week. During fermentation, frequent pumpings are carried out and the temperature does not exceed 25 degrees. The refining of the wine continues in steel until it is bottled.

GRAPES: Bosco, Albarola and Vermentino
COLOUR & BOUQUET: bright straw yellow; the nose is dominated by citrus notes as lemon and orange. Fresh and mineral notes.
TASTE: Dry and refreshing. Medium body, quite long persistence.
