Prepare your belly for:
The local white wine made by Cantina 5Terre for Nessun Dorma. Hand made harvest,. Fermentation is carried out "en blanc" at a controlled temperature with subsequent resting on the fine lees for at least 5 months. As the vinification, also maturation takes place in steel. 60% Bosco grapes, 40% Albarola and Vermentino. Intense straw yellow colour with a strong and persistent aromas of wild flowers, broom, honey and lighter notes of citrus fruits. Dry and warm in the palate, with fresh and savoury notes. Perfect with fish dishes. Alcohol: 13 % vol.
Perfect with cold cuts and medium aged cheese.
3. RED WINE FROM TUSCANY
Intense ruby red in the color. Rich, full body and round in the palate. Perfect with grilled red meat.
4. WHITE WINE FROM TUSCANY
Light and pleasant. Perfect for light pasta or white meat/fish.
The most famous Italian Sparkling wine. Light-bodied, fresh, highly aromatic wine. Perfect as aperitivo with chips, olives and focaccia! Or you can use it to make your Home Spritz!
6. LIMONCINO (200ml)
Traditional liquor produced by infusing Cinque Terre lemon peels. The union between the sea and the soil make the flavour of this liquor unique. Can be enjoyed at the end of the meal, straight or cold, perfect in every occasion.
7. TROFIE - TRADITIONAL PASTA (500gr)
Trofie are the traditional pasta of Liguria region. Their preparation is very easy: only tiepid water and durum wheat flour. The perfect pairing is with pesto sauce. The traditional recipe suggests to cook trofie in salty boiling water for 20 minutes with 2 potatoes and some green beans. Then the pasta is drained and dressed with pesto sauce, potatoes and green beans sliced.
8. TRENETTE - PASTA (500gr)
Trenette tastes best with traditional Pesto. This versatile pasta is also the base for many of Liguria’s most famous seafood dishes. Cook trenette in salty boiling water for 8-9 minutes. The drain it and dress it as you like!
9. PANIGACCI (220gr)
Panigacci are a speciality bread from Lunigiana, an isolated valley along the border of Liguria and Tuscany. It is a type of round bread, unleavened, cooked using special equipment. Panigacci should be eaten with either pesto, salami or soft cheese.
10. DRY FOCACCIA
Simply ingredients: flour, water, evo olive oil, sourdough. Tasty in every way. As "aperitivo" or a snack or with capuccino if you like to try the real Ligurian breakfast.
11. TAGGIASCHE OLIVES IN BRINE (300gr)
The olives trees together the vineyards are the more rappresentative elements of the agriculture landscape of Cinque Terre and Liguria.
The olives are used to produce the evo oil or they are preserved in brine to be tasted at the moment of the “aperitivo” or to be added at several cook recipes. They are preserved in brine: a combination of water and salt plus aromatic herbs.
12. SUN-DRIED TOMATOES (180gr)
The tomatoes are picked up in July and let dry under the summer sun and the sea breeze. They are ready to be served as appetizer or as tasty addition to many dish preparations.
13. PESTO (180gr)
The most traditional Ligurian sauce prepared only with selected ingredients: fresh basil leaves, evo oil, pecorino cheese, pine-nuts, garlic and salt. Contains no dyes, or preservatives. This sauce is ready to marry most dish of the Ligurian tradition as: trofie, trenette, croxetti or to add more flavor to a vegetable soup.
14. OLIVE PASTE (180gr)
Olives, extra virgin olive oil, salt, oregano and vinegar: these are the excellent ingredients used to make this Paste. Perfect on bruschetta or for adding a flavourful and original touch to your recipes.
15. EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL, 100% FROM LIGURIA (100ml)
The basic ingredient for all the local dishes. This olive oil will add flavour and fragancy to all your recipes.

17. HONEY SELECTION FROM MANAROLA (3 pzx40gr)
ACACIA HONEY: light colored with delicate aroma and restorative properties. Also suitable for children. Perfect to sweeten tea or herbal tea or to pair with fresh or medium aged cheese.
CHESTNUT HONEY: dark amber color with a pleasant bitter aftertaste. This honey is rich in mineral salts and it aids proper functioning of the body. Perfect to pair with hard cheese with a strong taste.
WILDFLOWER HONEY: dark orange color, thick with an intense aroma. It aids to relieve seasonal allergies. Perfect as sugar substitute or good at breakfast, spread on a slice of bread or added to a bowl of yogurt and walnuts.

20. PANETTONE (300gr)
48h of leavening for this soft delicacy. Panettone is the traditional dessert eaten by all italians for Christmas. Try it with the Sciacchetrà wine! Ingredients: Manitoba flour, raisins, butter, water, fresh egg yolk, sugar, salt, sourdough. Icing: white peeled almonds, egg white, almonds. Aromas: orange, vanilla, anise.
