This winery is located in Manarola, while the vineyards are located between Manarola and Volastra (a small hamlet above Manarola village). From there the view is really breathtaking!
“Burasca” was the grandfather’s nickname of Cesare Scorza, the winemaker.
Cesare comes from a family of restaurateurs, but he decided to be a winemaker because he wanted an office at “open air”.
"Bunassa" wine is the most important white wine produced by the Cesare Scorza winery. The maceration on the grapes skins lasts 36 hours!
