This winery is the only one conducted by a woman, Marzia, that with a great courauge and determination she started to produce her own wine in 2018. Only 3.000 bottles per year. Vinificated and aged in second passage barriques. Batonnage and aging for about 7 months.
CLASSIFICATION: Liguria di Levante IGT Rosso
GRAPES: Sangiovese, Merlot, Syrah
COLOUR & BOUQUET: Young red wine, deep ruby-red coloured. Nice aroma of red berries, like cherry and raspberry
TASTE: medium structure with a dry aftertaste. Lightly spicy in your palate with hints of black pepper.
FOOD PAIRINGS: perfect with red meat or medium aged cheese
